Delete your account or get your data

You can do most of this yourself in the app in under a minute. If you can't, email us and we'll do it for you.

Delete in the app

  1. Open Lean and tap the gear on your profile.
  2. Go to Account, then Delete Account.
  3. Confirm. Lean deletes your account, then clears itself from your phone.

Before you delete

  • Cancel your subscription first.Deleting your account does not cancel it.Manage subscriptions
  • Save your progress photos.They exist only on your phone, so export them first if you want to keep them.
  • Own a coach or gym workspace?Transfer it or remove the other members first.

No app? Ask by email

Send the request from your account email so we know it’s you. We answer within one month.
