Lean is a strength-training app for iPhone. By using Lean you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

What Lean is
Lean helps you log training and proposes changes to your plan that you approve or reject. Lean is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Train within your own limits and consult a qualified professional for sharp, radiating, severe, or persistent pain.
Your account and data
You are responsible for the accuracy of what you log and for keeping your account secure. See the Privacy Policy for how Lean handles your data.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid access is offered as an auto-renewing subscription through the App Store. Apple handles purchase, restore, and cancellation through your App Store account settings, and renewal charges apply until you cancel. Refunds are handled per Apple’s App Store policies, and any introductory or trial pricing is disclosed at the time of purchase.
Acceptable use
Use Lean for your own training. Do not misuse, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service. Lean may update or change features over time.
Disclaimer of warranties
Lean is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Lean does not guarantee any particular training result and is not a substitute for professional medical or coaching advice.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lean and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for Lean in the twelve months before the claim.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to these terms or to Lean will be handled in the courts of the United Arab Emirates.
Termination
Lean may suspend or terminate access for misuse or for any breach of these terms. You may stop using Lean at any time, and you can delete your account as described in the Privacy Policy.
Intellectual property
Lean, including the app, its content, and its marks, is owned by its operator. You keep ownership of the training data you log; using Lean does not transfer it to anyone else.
Changes
Lean may update these terms from time to time. The last updated date above reflects the current version, and continued use after that date means you accept the updated terms.
